SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping policy

  • Thank you for visiting and shopping at havanacigar.top. Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

 

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will contact you by email or phone if your order exceeds the 24-hour delivery timeframe by 48 hours.

 

  • Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

 

  • Regarding product delivery, and as part of our "Card Not Present" (CNP) policy, you will be required to provide proof of age to receive the product from the carrier, as well as proof that the credit card matches the name on the order. Otherwise, the order will first be sent to the carrier's nearest warehouse, where it will be held for 3 days, after which it will be returned to our warehouse.

 

  • havanacigar.top is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (duties, taxes, etc.).

 

  • havanacigar.top is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
     

  • Cigar sales are restricted to Ontario, and age verification is required upon delivery. If valid ID is not provided, the order may be canceled and returned to the sender by the courier. If a package is returned due to failure to provide proof of age, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Return policy 

  • All cigar purchases are final due to their consumable nature. Returns are only accepted if the cigars arrive damaged or have a confirmed manufacturing defect. Proof of issue may be required. If you have any questions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
